"My almond croissant was not warmed all the way through and was cold in the center. Then I found a hair entangled in between the almonds and custard inside the pastry- gross. The Matcha was not good, and after coming home and adding sugar to it still didn’t improve the taste. I was left a little disappointed with my first experience at Thyme and dough. There’s more I can add, but I’ll keep it simple for now and focus on the food and drinks. Not sure if I’ll be back. We try to support small businesses in our home, but with as many choices as we have around us, I wanted to leave this review in hopes that it provides some constructive feedback to improve upon and hope no one else has a similar experience."

"My wife went through the drive thru and asked for a croissant with bacon. Without reading back the order to her, they took the card and charged her $18 for a "breakfast croissant" from their menu that apparently cost $18. She let them know that she didn't want the egg, cheese, bacon, pesto croissant. She's pregnant, the manager came and acted extremely rudely. Telling her that she ordered it and she shouldn't give her card if she doesn't want to pay. This place has abhorrent customer service."

"I used to frequent their first location when I worked in dripping springs but now I'm so grateful for this drive thru option after having twin toddlers! Still amazed by the quality of the food here!"

"Love the location and just happened to find my new favorite breakfast Sammy today. The Smokey chipotle made my so far bad week do a complete 180. Staff was lovely as well. Will be coming back, possibly every Saturday morning."
