"I'm a filet snob and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite steak meals! We got the huge Tomahawk bone in steak and 2 large potatoes and the steak was cooked PERFECTLY. It had the smokey flavor, it was med rare as requested and wow, I've never seen potatoes so big. Can't wait to try more food here. Delicious!"

"Have you ever had Oklahoma-style BBQ? I recently visited Crimson Creek and it’s actually a bit different than Texas-style BBQ in that it’s mainly based around pork. What?! No brisket? Don’t worry because rest assured, you will be okay! I got: - Baby Back Ribs: different from spare ribs in that they're thinner in size and they're leaner and more meaty since the bones are smaller. I have a personal preference towards the fatty spare ribs myself, but these were still good! Chewy outside, yet comes off the bone easy! ($19.95 for a half slab) - 4/5 - Pork Belly Burnt Ends: This spicy, savory, melty, chewy goodness was my favorite item!!! Amazing flavors of honey, pecan, and brown sugar. ($12.99) - 4.75/5 - Rib Tips: this is the result you get when you trim the ribs. It’s a fun snack like the burnt ends above, but rather than being fatty and tender, this is more meaty and chewy - almost like a jerky consistency. ($9.95/lb) - 4.25/5 - The Bowl: a bed of smoked queso mac topped with pulled pork, BBQ pit beans, pickled onions, and pickles. Honestly in my opinion if you are going to get some sides, I would just get this instead because you get a great mix of various flavors! ($15) - 4.25/5 - Margarita Pie: a scratch baked tequila and TripleSec whipped into lime mousse and frozen in a salty pretzel crust. Loved the refreshingness of this! A contrast to the food above. ($5) - 4.75/5 All in all, this is a must-try for any BBQ fan! They smoke most of their meats in pecan which adds a fun kick with each bite. It can be a slight drive down South, but it’s worth it. Trust me. The service is very kind as well. With that said, I give them an 4.25/5 for having some great and some amazing qualities!"

"My Husband and I are all about looking for the most delicious, unique and standout food…especially when you eat and love as much food as we do! We had seen Crimson Creek Smoke house on IG for quite sometime and what caught our eye about them was their Smoked 3lb Tomahawk Steak. You don’t often see a tomahawk that big, let alone smoked for at least 5 hours! Because they smoke it, you do have to order it a minimum 24 hours in advanced so that they can prep this baby for your arrival! We had been messaging with one of the super amazing owners, Jamie, who wanted to ensure that we had the best experience possible when we arrived! They are located in a food truck area, but have outfitted the outside with picnic tables, televisions, lights, paper towels, a hand washing station and everything you need to be able to enjoy some fresh bbq right on sight! The pit master Marcus, ensured that the steak was ready and smoked perfectly on our arrival so that he could sear it on the grill and finish it right in front of us to watch it in action, which was so cool! Wow…most steak houses when they talk about meat pounds it’s usually the uncooked weight they are talking about, but this thing was a good 3 plus pounds cooked!! He makes his own seasoning rub that really enhanced the natural flavor of the meat and complimented the wonderful smoke flavor. This beast was perfectly cooked and so juicy, plus it had the perfect thickness giving it an incredible seasoning to meat flavor ratio! We also got their pork belly burnt ends… WOW!!! They legit squirted and melted in your mouth! Probably some of the best we’ve ever had in all our food experiences! Their rib tips were flavor and juicy. The bowls had the perfect flavor pairings of different meats and side items, plus were also massive! Even the Mac n cheese was unique and had more of a “Texas queso” cheese twist flavoring that was delicious! They had mini pies for dessert cause you know always have a dessert stomach! We LOVED the margarita pie! It was like a key lime pie with a hit of salt and margarita twist! Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Crimson! Be sure to place your order at least 24 hours in advanced for the Smoked Tomahawk and bring friends to share it with cause you are going to be mind blown and want to order the whole damn menu! Seriously delicious BBQ and Incredible owners and staff behind it!"
