"I had placed an online catering order. Somehow, it didn't make it to this local Schlotzsky's store. The manager, Angie, double checked for the order then dropped everything to make me 20 small sandwiches really quickly. She was very helpful, and even though rushed, the sandwiches were as good as always."

"Food is good. However, this is the second time we’ve had to wait in their drive thru line to get our order for pick-up. We’re not talking a quick 5 minute inconvenience. Order was ready and we were instructed to just wait in the regular drive thru line while other orders were processed. Going on 15 minutes now. Horrible customer service. Allow folks to walk up to the window to get our pick up orders."
"Always really good food. The original is still one of the best sandwiches you can buy and they have the best sour cream and onion chips anywhere. The service at this location is hit or miss but good more often than it's bad. I've never had any serious complaints. They got my order wrong once but fixed it right away no big deal. Will most definitely return probably a little too often."
