"Yesterday, I ordered a medium Oreo blizzard, but the rude lady in the drive thru told me to pull over and wait for my order. I was like fine, and i did. 10 minutes, she gave me what looked a normal oreo blizzard, but i found some peanut butter in my blizzard. I have a peanut allergy and I ate it without thinking and i had to rush to the ER and receive medical attention. Hospital bill was outrageous! This is the day ill never forget, the day Dairy Queen tried to kill me!"

"Guy with glasses extremely rude attitude. Wife gets the same blizzard every time, and we explained it wasn't made right to lady at window. He made it a point to come to the window to tell us we were wrong but he would remake the order. He basically handed it to me with huge attitude and when we thanked him he just closed the window with out a response or making eye contact. Does DQ not turn Blizzard upside down anymore. All that guy needs to be concerned with is making customers happy and lose the attitude .... ice cream option right across the street."

"Girl with blue hair took our order. Never caught her name, but she had a horrible attitude. My sister ordered a #8 combo which is chicken strips. She gave us steak fingers and proceeds to gaslight us saying "no you ordered steak fingers". She's never ordered steak fingers in her life. I also ordered a large drink medium fries and she gives me a medium drink large fries. Never gave us the receipt or asked us if we wanted it. Horrible service if you see blue hair get ready for a wrong order and make sure you ask for your receipt!"

"This could possibly be the worst fast food in Highland Village. I’ve tried it a couple of times since it opened, I will never ever even give the one cent for a blizzard. They need to find someone that dip food in a fryer for the proper amount of time to cook it. Yuck! Managers did not care what I had to say just wanted to make sure I knew I couldn’t get a refund."

"Tonight, we ordered 4 four piece steak finger combos. We didn’t get asked what we wanted to drink. While we waited for our food, we were asked to pull around to the front because they were making our food fresh and wanted to keep the drive thru moving. When we received our order it was all combined into one big box that was falling apart. (picture shown below.) I didn’t say anything due to the fact that my kids were hungry and ready to go home. When we got home, there were enough fries for MAYBE one of the combos. The fries and bread were cold and stale and we didn’t get any gravy. That’ll be the last time I come to this location again."
