"Bought a used set a while back with whatever guarantee they told us they provide within so many days. Ended up having an issue very fast after getting units installed. After numerous calls in to them by my spouse they finally came to investigate. They fixed the mother board and said the motor was drawing too much power and we’re blaming the issue on something of the house. After repair it happened again very quickly. Spouse called back a lot again however this time though they would never return her calls. We ended up buying a new washer from elsewhere and have not had any issues with that unit, nullifying their blaming of the home being the cause of the issue. I would not buy here again due to the dishonesty, unprofessional difficulties getting assistance, and lack of follow through. (Still have the broken washer too… in the scrap pile)"

"Not only did I buy a washing machine from them years ago for a great price (and it's still going strong today), but when I needed service on my dryer and the washer (water valve went bad due to recent freeze), the repair guy, Daniel, came out the same day and fixed it in minutes. The owners are super nice, and everybody speaks both English y Español. Gotta go, I need to do some laundry."

"I called this shop on a weekend when my washer broke. They were closed but they answered anyways (amazing). They made me an appointment for Monday. We texted a few pictures back and forth and they actually ended up diagnosing my problem remotely (!!!) with my help. Then they HAD THE SPARE PART I NEEDED. They me come get it same day - on a weekend - when they were supposed to be closed! I watched a youtube video and fixed my washer! I couldn’t be happier. So glad I found this place."
