The soda machine didn't work and was super dirty, there were no napkins stocked, and the place needed a good sweep mop. "This Wendy's is intentionally scamming customers by handing out medium Frosty's as large. The first time it happened, I told the server that I ordered a large and her was response was "well we are out of large cups." And I responded that I had paid for a large. There was no effort to tell me in advance about their trouble until I confronted them about it. Fast forward to today, same exact thing. Ordered two large Frosty's. They handed me mediums, and I'm pretty sure it was the same person. If you don't have large cups, don't let people order them, but to take the order and then deliver something else is called fraud. I chose not to say anything this time as it doesn't matter. I simply won't be doing business here any more."

"This Wendy’s is close to home, but we only stop every so often. (Drive thru). The staff is usually pretty good, usually friendly. The problem we have is that probably every other time we go, they mess up our burgers. Today I ordered a single with everything on it. I also ordered a single with Mayo, mustard, pickle, and onion-NO cheese. I received two burgers with cheese, Mayo, onion, and pickle. Same thing on both burgers, neither were right!! What the heck! I guess we either have to stop going there, or check our order before we leave! I’m mad at them, and mad that I should have to check my order every time I go! Ugh! Terrible! I only give 3 Stars because I’ve never had a problem with the window staff, they are always friendly."
