"ROBBERY!! So this was the first time we decided to try this place. The sandwiches advertised looked really good. My girlfriend placed a delivery order for our food. They took the money from my card but sent her a text saying the order was cancelled. It would take 3-5 days to refund my money. She called the place and they couldn't explain why the order was cancelled. Asked to speak to a manager and it took forever for them to come so she hung up. They've lost two new customers already. Smh"

"Ordered a Farmhouse salad + avocado (extra charge) with fat free vinaigrette and Door Dash delivery. The 1 star rating is for Door Dash delivering within 20 minutes of ordering. The salad arrived with no avocado, no dressing, no tomatoes (standard Farmhouse salad topping), and I counted 5 small chunks of chicken total. I was told when I called that I’d receive a full refund for the salad in 3-5 days. Can’t wait for that to post. This salad was a total disappointment."

"Today, 12.09.2023, I placed an order via Doordash. I requested ‘easy’ lettuce and onions. Something I do everytime I order from any Potbelly’s location. When I received the sandwich, the lettuce was an inch think. My first response would typically be to just remove the excess lettuce because really, it’s not that big of an issue. But in this case, I also ordered oil and seasoning which is placed directly on the lettuce. When I remove the excess lettuce, I also remove the oil and seasonings. I am also posting the receipt to show my request which is at the top."

"I’d never had Potbelly until tonight and I’m honestly thinking about having it for lunch tomorrow!! If you like chicken salad, you’ll love the chicken salad sub!! It’s heavenly! I also should mention that I drive for DoorDash and every time I pick up from them, they’re very sweet! I love this place!!"

"This is a neat, trendy Sammie shop. Roomie, clean, well staffed with friendly helpful humans just being awesome. Got the App. Ordering an Italian toasty sandwich. Looking around other tables, these sandwiches look serious. Even before my food this spot is a deli cut above. And elevated Sandwich shop."
