"When this new store opened we were so excited. My grandkids love it. The first order was great, after that every time it was burnt and an order was wrong. Pictures were sent and talked to a male Manager at the time. He was kind and fixed the problem. The food improved and no problems. Last time we ordered we got the wrong order and no extra meat that we paid extra on the one portion of order that was right. Today my husband went to pick up our order and he was told it would be double the time when I placed the order. So two trips there now. He got home he had a free pizza because someone didn’t pick up their order but not our order. They gave him one of the three items I ordered. He went back and waited again for the rest of the order… third trip. The order was cold and extra meat I paid for was not on the pizza. There wasn’t meat on most Of the pieces. My husband said there were two other people there with incorrect orders. The manager said she was “by herself with everything and there was nothing she could do”. For a new store it has gone down quickly!!"

"We frequently place large orders with this Dominos ($100-$200.) The food is always hot and up to standard. However, the last three orders, we have been missing one pizza each. We didn't complain the first two times, just let it slide. But this last time, my MIL called the store to ask for a refund just on the pizza that was missing - $10.99. I didn't catch her name, but the store manager (female) took the call. She told my MIL that she personally gathered our order, and it could not be wrong. Well, it was - just missing the one medium pizza - and my MIL told her that. The manager started to argue, and we were told we would be refunded. After a minute of waiting, the woman came back on the phone and told us she had refunded the whole order of $108 (but she didn't refund the $35 tip, lol) and said not to ever come back. What the heck?! There was never any anger or false accusations on our part. It's just wild that she told us not to order again just for asking for a refund for one pizza ... that was definitely missing. Poor management skills. Don't worry, we won't go back."

"Do not waste your money buying sandwiches here, they are all bread. This was supposed to be Philly cheese steak sandwiches. Had them remade and they still looked the same. Not enough meat on them together for one sandwich let alone 2. Just go buy a loaf of bread at Brookshire Bros and save time and money."
