"I hadn't eaten at Chipotle for a year because they cannot seem to add any seasonings and salt to their food. I always get the sofitas and it is always dry. The veggies taste like they just sauteed them by themselves without any salt or Mexican spices. What's the deal with that? The cilantro rice seemingly always is the one to shine with its fluffy texture and subtle cilantro taste. This location specifically ran out of tomatoes which is dumb, "how are you not gonna have tomatoes which is essential to Mexican cuisine?" None of the sauces are made with tomatoes and they are spicy. When I order a burrito, it should be wrapped tightly so that when I am eating the ordeal, it isn't falling apart. Sometimes they load it up for you, but most times they are pretty limited on how many portions to give you. You have to verbalize that you want more and then they give attitude at you for wanting to be satisfied. Okay, but I'm not paying close to $20 for a full meal if you cannot give me enough to eat. The staff seem to not know how to greet and speak to you. Or simply, don't care to. It was complete silence throughout my short-lived visit. The ambiance is non-existent with any of its pleasantries. I happily only visited out of desperation to eat dinner before bed since the Vietnamese spot around the way closed by 9:00 PM."
"This location can’t make a mobile order correctly to save their lives. It’s almost comically bad. At least 80% of our orders have something wrong or are literally just a completely different order. Which is pretty astonishing considering the order is printed directly on the lid. There is a clear lack of supervision and care at this location. We’ve waisted so much time getting refunds with customer service after going here. Unfortunately it’s close to work so we’ve given them multiple chances, but they’ve only gotten worse. Unless you are going inside to point to the item and physically supervise them as they put it into your order, don’t waste your time or money going here. They also make mobile orders about 1/2 the size of when you order in store. Avoid this location!"
"Food was very disappointing at this location and was handed a drink with tons of soda all over it and not even filled up. Also enjoyed the random chicken and core from the lettuce in my bowl that was supposed to be barbacoa."
"The exterior of the restaurant has an attractive curb appeal and well maintained with no potholes in the parking lot, nor debris. Walking in, the feel is cozy as you approach the counter and see the steam rising from the food. Licking your lips in anticipation, the many options provided make it hard to decide with what you want to build your bowl or burrito. The employees are approachable and greet you with a smile. It feels comfortable. What I liked best was that I had a number of healthy options to build my bowl. It felt just as good going down as it tasted"
"On my second visit, I had hoped that things would improve at Chipotle, but unfortunately, it seems that wasn't the case. It's quite disappointing to see that Chipotle doesn't seem to prioritize the proper storage of their food. As evidenced by the attached picture, the bag my order came in was wet and deteriorating, indicating a long-standing issue. I suspect that the drive-thru attendant deliberately turned it around to hide this problem. Such negligence in storing food for a simple to-go order is disheartening. To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues at Chipotle. They previously attempted to make amends by offering me a free burrito, but given the recurring problems, it raises the question of why anyone would want to return. As I've mentioned in the past, I would strongly recommend opting for Qdoba instead. They provide better value for your money, and their employees consistently demonstrate care and commitment to their work. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I placed a take-out order and went through the drive-thru, but based on the food and service alone, I would rate my experience as a 0 if that were an option."
