Subway 12977 Trinity Boulevard, Euless, TX 76040

"I drive 25 minutes to this Subway location because they are the only shop that takes subway coupons. I came for a foot-long sub and was told by the middle-aged ponytail gal who is always at the restaurant when I come in each week that she cannot accept my coupon because the scanner was down. I asked her if she could manually enter it and she said NO it must be scanned and it wasn’t working. This is ridiculous as I work in customer service and I would never refuse a customer because one of my machines wasn’t working properly. There’s absolutely no reason to not manually take off the coupon as other subways have done in the past ! I left today hungry and frustrated! I went out of my way for a sub and was refused my coupon."

"The woman working the morning of 06DEC has to be the most unaccommodating service employee I've ever experienced! I placed an online order to get the special reward and am literally standing in front of her to ask her to place some veggies on the sandwich before she toasted it and she refuses to make the sandwich my way even though I'm literally standing in front of her! Also to make the experience even worse, she's making me the wrong sandwich on the wrong receipt and I have to correct her before she screws the entire order up regardless! In the future, I'll make sure I don't tip but then, perhaps the Subway down on 157/183 won't be so military diligent when it comes to being a "sandwich artist!""
