"These young men working tonight delivered the most incredible service. I walked in a minute before closing and these gentlemen welcomed me with open arms. They were so kind and didn't make me feel as if i were a burden coming in at the last minute. Outstanding staff!"

"And without fail, I had to wait 30 min past when it was set to be ready. It would have been SIGNIFICANTLY faster to have just gone through the line when I arrived. I don't understand why they don't shut off the online ordering if they get super busy in the store. NOW, instead of one group of people being irritated, there are two. And even after waiting the extra 30 min, the food still isn't correct. I have a mayonnaise allergy and stated it in BOLD letters on the order ahead section and yet here we are- now I can't eat the top half of my 17$ sandwich or the other ingredients it touched. I'll just make a sandwich from home from now on."

"I ordered on DoorDash and waited for my order to arrive but it took almost 20 minutes longer than expected. When I called the store all I said was hi and I was then interrupted by a girl who stated very rudely my order was ready and it’s on the way. I proceeded to message my driver and he stated it was not ready and then he had to wait another 10 minutes. I’m not sure if they are just busy but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today."

"The assistant manager could not be further from management material. Not only does he have inadequate customer service skills, but he also lacks professionalism, diplomacy, and tact. It is truly unbelievable that he is allowed by management and by Jersey Mike's to treat customers so poorly....decent sandwich, very poor customer service standards."
