"I always get delivery and have previously gotten from this location. The food was fine and so was the drink but today the service was terrible. My Uber eats driver walked in and was asked if he was there for so and sos order and he said yes because the person had the same name as me. He left without confirming and when I call just to let them know about the error, the guy who answers already has a bad attitude and is responding with an upset tone. I get it, it’s busy and all but no need to get all rude about it. Both parties were to blame but you need to work on your customer service etiquette."

"I visited this location in hopes they wouldn’t run out of the free holiday red cup…. I didn’t leave disappointed!!! The long line in the drive thru was almost enough to deter me but I noticed the line moving rather quickly so I’d like to thank the morning crew for the extremely fast and friendly service with incredible accuracy! It goes without saying I highly recommend this Starbucks! (Also, they had everything I asked for in stock)"
