"Food was great! Had a hot chicken quesadilla. I also ordered a queso and chips that I paid for but they left out of my bag. I'd go back. Update. It happened again. They keep forgetting stuff and it's causing me to miss most of my lunch break waiting on them to cook what they forgot. Food is still great but I can't count on them in the day if I'm in a hurry."
"I have ordered from Savage Burrito consistently over the past year and never had any issues. Food has always been good. Ordered delivery on their website (Arlington TX location) and the food we received literally had raw chicken. My order was placed on their website on 12/20/2023 at 6:10p and delivered to me in about 35 minutes. Fried chicken picnic burrito and fried chicken picnic bowl both included lightly breaded, cold, raw chicken. I am not exaggerating. I was concerned that they were feeding this to others and concerned for the wellbeing of others. I called the store and explained the situation after sitting on hold for about 15 minutes. They offered to remake my food if I came to the store and brought the raw food back. Two reasons I did not want to do this: a) the whole point of ordering delivery was so that I did not have to go to the store and b) I did not want any more food provided by them ever again honestly. I asked for a refund, which Trish and the other manager told me they had issued and I should receive. It took 24 hours but they did refund my money. Will not eat here again nor order food from here ever again. I have posted a photo of the food on Google, as well. This review did not let me include the photo, but I did post it."
"been here a few times in the last couple months and they just can't seem to get it right! order quesadillas for myself and other coworkers. first they say an hour before lunch they can't deliver it now, then we get there and they can't make a quesadilla, so now we got burrito bowls. ok great. Lunch money and your time should be spent else where"
"My food was great. Interesting variety of burritos/ quesadillas. Maybe the choices don’t work sometimes but you can still get a great tasting regular item."
"I liked the chicken burrito and the chips with guacomole. The burrito was heavy and good enough for dinner. I also liked the tag line."
