"Steven was our bartender. He was great. He was friendly and checked up on us constantly. We ordered boneless wings with tots, bone in wings with tots, Tox Tea, Frozen Straw Mar, and the Irish Trash Can with Watermelon Red Bull. Everything was amazing! The alcoholic beverages were on point as always. We get the tots bc they have seasoning. The only way we will get the waffle fries is if they are loaded. They taste bland and gross otherwise. They are always busy. It's best to join the wait list through the app! We also love doing the challenges on the app too."

"First and last time! The waitress we had was horrible. She needs more training on her system and how to wait tables. But on top of that the half the food was bad and the other half was overcooked and dry. I ordered the Liquid Tailgate Bloody Mary and received the fried pickle before the drink. The drink came garnished with a wing, a pickle, and a lime. I had to ask for the other garnishes as it is also supposed to come with bacon, olives, and spicy green beans. After being brought olives and green beans in a mason jar I told them to forget the entire drink. The whole experience was a nightmare."

"Pluckers used to be one of my favorite places to go have wings but it's gone downhill quite a bit. Me and my girlfriend don't like to go out to eat very often because we live a very strict healthy lifestyle But now and then we do like to go and indulge in something we enjoy. Yesterday evening 1-17-24 was the last time we plan on ever coming back to Pluckers. The wings we got were extremely greasy and somewhat room temperature. They weren't even hot which leads me to believe They were already precooked and probably sitting under a light to keep warm. This has happened one too many times at this particular location."

"So this is my very first time here and having Pluckers Wings! I set at the bar and my bartender “G” was AWESOME! I had her make my drinks and told her to just “make me something” lol and she DID! It was so good, I ordered TWO lol. I had the Cajun rub wings (all flats) and chili cheese tater tots with a complimentary fried pickles - which were really good! Sittin here lookin FAT and FULL hahahaha! But it was pretty good. I like the vibe in here! I believe I will have to make THIS location my new spot!"

"Pluckers is known for their wings, wing sauces, and side dishes but over the years, their wing quality has been going down... Lately, the wings have been coming out cold, shriveled, not crispy.. Extra sauce is one whole dollar extra.. And the prices have gone way up. This location is pretty popular and gets packed every day at around 5pm, no matter if there is a game or not playing. Once there is a game showing, good luck getting a seat because people come early to secure a table and will sit throughout the whole game to watch the entire thing. Cleaning is good. When they clean, they clean not only the tables but the seats as well and sweep underneath the tables. Service is great. During my last visit, I left something on the table. My boyfriend got a text inquiring on the item and I hadn't even realized it at the time that I forgot it over there! After he responded confirming the item, they messaged saying their manager will hand it to me. I picked it up at the restaurant and the manager personally handed it back--I checked and everything looked ok. Our waitresses have also been consistently friendly"
