"Absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. A hidden gem. I’m from New York City and I’ve had pho in the city, but this one surpassed what I’ve had! So delicious I can’t wait to visit again! Oh and the lemongrass chicken with rice was full of flavor."

"A rather decent place for some good Vietnamese cuisine. Having said that though, the beef my wife ordered was under-done. I tried a piece, and I had chew on it for quite a while before I could make it "manageable." It was the same story with the consistency of our guest's orange chicken. However, the meat of my curry was decent. All that notwithstanding, the overall taste of the dishes was superb. And the plate of complimentary beansprouts served with basil was a culinary pleasure. The ambience of the place was decent enough, but it would have helped had our server been able to communicate a bit better."

"Our family loves Pho Pasteur Arlington! Our go to spot for authentic Viet food and good portion sizes. Our favorite dishes are Pho Dac Biet, Bun Cha Ha Noi, and Bun Thit Nuong. Enjoyed the ice coffee and boba as well. When two picky toddlers slurp down bowls of pho and spring rolls with no complaints, you know its good! New location is nice and clean as well."

"My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time.
