"This is probably the worst location I've been to. Over the last month or so I've received vastly different portion sizes for the same order....and now the Grease they cook in at least once was so rancid that you could smell it even before picking up your order off of the counter. This last time was pretty bad as well. Hopefully this is just poor local behavior and not a company wide trend. Update2/27/24 While the quality of food has gotten a little better, it's still hit and miss. But now they've got into the trend of giving you to-go boxes instead of a tray and now they give me one that looks like a dog chewed on it."

"I had placed an online order on my way home from work and accidentally drove to the wrong location. I called this location (the one I ordered it to) and spoke to Miranda and explained the situation (since it was 11:59PM and they close at midnight) and the lady I spoke with was so kind and understanding and said she was going to make me fresh chicken since my order had been sitting for a while. I showed up a few minutes after closing but she made me fresh chicken & was so beyond kind. I had a rough day at work and was frantically trying to make it so I could get my dinner and was shown such compassion by this team! Miranda definitely deserves a raise!!!"

"Loved going to this canes! The food was handed to me seconds after ordering it, the soda machines were nicely calibrated, the chicken could have been cooked for a second longer but it was still fantastic. The cane sauce was wonderful mixed, and the fries were close to perfection. The only reason why it wasn’t 5 stars was because the men’s bathroom stall was horrific. The bathroom needed a lot of attention. Good experience overall."

"Second time they messed my order up. Unfortunately for my daughter(toddler), the only thing she eats right now is their toast and each time I come in through the drive-through I always order two toasts. This time they gave me zero toasts and no extra fries. I am so upset. My daughter will not be able to eat dinner tonight because of someone's mistake. But more so because I have to deal with her melt down since I promised her toast."

"I am always impressed with speed of service and the quality of the food. They’re always busy but they manage to get the food out quickly. It’s a great place if you’re limited on time. I had the Box Combo which comes with 4 chicken strips, fries, coleslaw, Toast and your choice of lemonade or fountain drink. I’ll definitely be back."
