Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I made an online pickup order at this location. I had to wait awhile until someone came to the drive through window. I came about 10 minutes after to be sure my order would be ready. I waited another 7 minutes, and when I got home I barely had any chicken in my bowl. I paid for double protein. I won’t be back to this location."

"This Chipotle has one of the WORST customer service teams I’ve EVER witnessed. I understand some people don’t have good days, but you NEVER bring in that attitude to work especially when you work with people CONSTANTLY. Not only were they very short and rude to me, but the poor elderly lady in front of me was trying to order for her family and they just kept asking her “is that it?” Maybe give her a minute to let you know what all she would like on her bowl and you wouldn’t have to continue to repeat yourself with the horrible tone/attitude you all have. Definitely would suggest some type of training for your employees as far as customer service goes. Will not be a customer here ever again."

"Haven’t even ate the food yet but the customer service at this location (at least the little kid with long hair or whoever is working the drive thru lane) they had a line of 7 cars waiting for the food. I got a message saying my food was ready at 6:40 and didn’t get to the window until 7:00. If a customer that’s food is not ready is waiting at the window maybe tell him to pull up so the people whose food is ready is not getting cold. From my experience the cute girl with the freckles is the only one who has people skills. Manager needs to learn how to manage."

"This may be the worst Chipotle on the face of the earth. Pros: -They keep plenty of napkins, forks and knives out. Literally the only thing I can think of. Cons: -Wait Time: You could go sit down, order and get your food at most normal restaurants before this place gets your meal done. -Staffing: They have one person working the line almost every time I come in here. They will be 20+ deep with people waiting and just one employee designated to serve/ring up food. -Cleanliness: Tables always filthy and they don’t switch gloves when they are done handling money/credit cards. -Food: Always out of multiple food items. They also don’t do a great job of keeping things fresh. Check out the pic of the black beans I took tonight to show what I’m talking about. -Customer Service: Not friendly at all Basically this is the Chipotle they should use for the return season of Kitchen Nightmares."

"How does this manager still have a job? We have given this chipotle several chances to work out the kinks and every time there is something negative about our experience. Rice was hard, Barbacoa wasn’t shredded, no burrito tortillas. Usually the service is super slow but this time we did the take out. Please fix these issues for this is the closest chipotle for us."
