"Last night, my love and I dined in. We had coupons, but didn’t realize one thing; I got a 2 piece, but it was rung up as wing and breast (per the cashier, that’s what the coupon said), and I loathe chicken breasts, so I requested a leg in place of the breast. The leg was so small! I had never seen such a small piece of chicken, especially compared to a wing. That was disappointing. Always read the fine print on your coupon."

"I ordered a 6 piece sweet and spicy wings, a 12 piece sweet and spicy wings, and a 12 piece ghost pepper wings and they had the audacity to give me 3 tenders in sweet and spicy sauce , 4 regular wings in sweet and spicy sauce, and 4 regular wings. I am highly upset and very disappointed and pissed with this order!!!! This restaurant needs better workers!!!!"

"I worked at Popeyes a while back, and service has surely deteriorated quite a lot. I remember they used to instruct us to greet every single customer, customer is always right kind of thing. We ordered a family meal and asked if the chicken could be mostly dark and they straight out said no, for what I know dark meat tends to be more substantial than white meat but any way we did not made a big deal. Ordered some jalapeño peppers on the side, dear lord those jalapeños looked that they had been aged for decades all wrinkly, old and dry. Went to tell the "manager" about replacing them for some fresh ones and i think he did not like my request that much. We had a better luck this time 2 out of 6 were good. Chicken and sides were good other than the attitude of service and a small charge that on the receipt for a Beverage Tax that is NOT charged in other popeyes locations."

"This location is a thousand times better than the Eastchase location. Service was friendly and prompt. Food fresh and tasty. Dining room pretty clean. I will definitely return, unlike the other location, which is close to my house but awful. Popeye's will be in higher rotation!"

"My wife always tells me to not go to restaurants near closing and I must say she is right. This food was dry and not good like it sat for a while, this probably was the last batch cooked the way it tasted, I end up throwing it away, then I asked for a 3 piece and a extra biscuit and got neither, nothing I had was fresh, guess I gotta start going during the day such a shame"
