"Service is extremely slow. Orders are not completed in order. Orders are not completed correctly. I waited up 15 min after my pickup time and I witnessed four orders that were recalled, a door dash order was not ready and three new customers got their orders before the dasher. This place needs a new manager, ASAP! Several young kids walking around not knowing what to do. A few other workers on their phones."

"Second time ordering from the location on Broad. Second time receiving incorrect order. Ordered 50 boneless wings 2 packs of veggie sticks, 2 packs fries with extra seasoning. Received 25 wings, no veggies, cold fries with no seasoning. Their response: we'll bring it back and we'll see if we can remake it. Never even offered an I'm sorry let alone a realistic solution. Not wasting my time or my family's money on a third try from a staff that obviously doesn't care about their jobs."
"Wingstop is good. However this location is not. We have given them several tries but everytime food is just not good. This time was awful! Wings were undercooked and most of our fries had an off color, almost black. I called the location and was told since I ordered through a delivery app there was nothing they could do to help me.
