Wendy's

"I cannot tell you how many times this restaurant has messed up my order by different employees. It’s constant. Just the other night, I ordered a $10 Cobb salad. I double checked that it came with ranch. The man answered back that it comes with caesar. I told him that there is something in caesar dressing that gives me an allergic reaction. What came in the bag? Caesar dressing. Not to mention, the chicken was cold as if it was directly out of the fridge and the warm bacon was missing too. For a $10 salad, I am highly disappointed. Therefore, the next day I returned to see if they could remedy their mistakes… only to find that ONCE AGAIN THE RESTAURANT CLOSED WELL BEFORE CLOSING TIME. this has happened to me SO MANY TIMES! I drive up for dinner and they tell me that the grill has been cleaned and shut down, before closing time. Or my favorite excuse : we don’t have enough staff therefore we cannot serve you. Then why is any employee even there earning their hours if they cannot serve any food.. to milk the clock? This location is deplorable. If I had the GM’s contact info, he/she would get an earful. It used to be well-run and organized. Now it is just a disappointment. I used to eat a Wendy’s $10 salad everyday for years. Now, it only irritates me to see the downfall."

"Terribley Wendy's, I want Just a burger and They tell me that's only have a breakfast at 9:00 am, So I asked here is wendy's? and she said yes and I ask for a burger and she respond not sorry is 9 am and we have only breakfast, is terrible and I said but is burger business is a fast food restaurant and she do not care and she repite is 9 am only breakfast. I hope close this terrible wendy's with the lady angry."

"I got there right at their opening time, my hamburger patty already seemed old, and dried out. The queso for the fries was not good. The service was great, food not so much. Facility looked clean."

"I gotta say the service here was superb! It’s Wendy’s, it’s fast food, it’s not a service at your table place, I get that. Honestly I don’t go into fast food restaurants expecting above the line service (well maybe just Chick-fil-A). I was greeted promptly as I approached the register. The cashier was polite, nice, knowledgeable about the app and he asked how my day was. When my food was ready he offered all the condiments and said if I needed anything else just let him know. The food was hot and fries were fresh. After my meal on the way out both people behind the counter told me have a great evening. The place was clean inside. I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t comment there. I really can’t point to any place on this visit that they needed to improve. Overall a great visit!"
