"I tried to order food late night and was told they only could make tacos and burritos. Then when I tried to order tacos they said said they can’t give me more than 2-3 because they were low on ingredients and needed to save them for DoorDash. I asked if I ordered through DoorDash if they could complete my order and they said no because they would have to save ingredients for other guests. I asked why they would turn down confirmed orders for potential orders and he said he would be fired if he let me get the food and had to turn someone down later even though he was turning me down now. When I asked for their manager they said they were the manager and their name is Sean. I asked for their bosses name which they said was Brent. I would like to speak with Brent because I don’t believe that is true or that any normal business would turn down sales for the potential to get them later."

"Coming here is a minimum 25-30 minute wait. Tonight, they had half my order sitting by the window for about 25 minutes before finally acknowledging me. By that time the tacos were completely soggy and the food lukewarm at best. Even better, the whole order wasn't even ready, so it sat for nothing. Will start going to a farther location.."

"I arrived at 9:02 pm and went to enter into the lobby (where other customers were). An employee ran to the door, told me “lobby is closed, you’ll need to go through the drive - thru!” and shut and locked the door in my face! It’s Saturday, and I know for a fact the lobby is supposed to be open still - which is why other customers were still in there. (He literally let one person in right before me). This location was decent 3 years ago, but it’s gone to complete hell! I won’t go to the GM - I doubt that’ll do anything - I’m going straight to Corporate! As if that wasn’t enough…I ordered a steak grilled burrito. I told her to please make sure there was NO damn cheese because I’m deathly allergic. She repeated the request back and even asked “so no nacho cheese either, right?” I said, “that’s correct - I cannot have ANY cheese on or near my burrito”. Come to find out, guess what covered the top of my damn burrito?!? You guessed it… CHEESE!"

"What a waste of money. Smells like foot How is the franchise letting them get away with this. 1st of all I have been to different states and this tacobell food is horrible. You are better off buying bread and eating. Compare the add to what I got."

"Ordered a SPICY DOUBLE STEAK GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO and there's no steak at all, bitsy rice... more on flour tortilla, sauces and no jalapenos. NOT LIKE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE DRIVE-THRU PICTURE. NOT EVEN CLOSE. VERY VERY disappointed. Worse is I was forced to eat it. *Oh was that the double steak in one of the pic? two itsy bitsy small squared steak! I love the Bell but owners should look into their business personally once in a while. I guess it's time to gain back quality control, customer's trust and training."
