"It has come to my attention that the culinary offerings at this establishment appear to have declined in quality since my initial patronage in the 1990s. While it may still appeal to some, I personally find that it no longer meets the high standards it once did. It is possible that my own advancing age may be a factor in this perception."

"The worst Mexican food I've ever had. I ordered the mixed fajita taco plate and an enchilada plate. The steak fajita meat was so tough you couldn't cut it with a steak knife much less eat it in a taco. The rice was burned so it was hard. They didn't give me any guacamole. The enchilada plate was not good either so we ended up throwing all 24.00 worth of food in the trash. The worst thing is when I called the manager to complain he was very defensive and didn't offer anything to make it right. I will not be returning to Taco Cabana and neither will all my coworkers at the airport. Don't waste your money here. Even taco bell would have been better."

"I don't know what to even begin? This morning I stopped at the Taco Cabana on 157 in Euless for a quick bite. And it was anything but quick. I heard the cashier explain to the gentleman in front of me that food was going to take 45 minutes to come out. At that time the customer in front of me requested a manager. After the manager talked to the customer she assured him that it would be no longer than 10 minutes for his order to be filled. So I decided to place my order anyway also. I then proceeded to look for a table and noticed that most of the dining room had some type of leak because water was coming from somewhere it was wet in more than half of the floor. I also observed a gentleman don't know if it was another manager, possibly not on duty doing his side work or other? But this gentleman looked like he has just woke up and got out of bed? Walking around the dining area with slides and shorts on with no uniform. Doing menial tasks. Needless to say, we did not wait 45 minutes for our orders? We actually waited 30 minutes for our orders! This is the worst experience yet at Taco Cabana, and I have been a fan of this concept for about 20 years now. It kind of makes sense now why these concepts are now starting to fade out and of far and in between. On a little side note, the customers waiting on two bean and cheese tacos to go waited so long that they just left without the food they said that when the order came out, I could have it. It is unbelievable how long the wait was to get our food this morning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATE⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tuesday, Dec. 19 I visited this Taco Cabana location again this afternoon at about 11:00 for a quick lunch! Since I was in the area. Needless to say, compared to my previous visit, today was extremely better. The service was faster, the restaurant was cleaner and the food was great! Not to mention, the staff seemed to be in a better mood than the previous staff. Thanks, Taco Cabana for an AWESOME dinning experience this afternoon! I will be back soon!!!!!!"

"Ordered 4 dozen breakfast burritos for a party. They were super fresh and VERY tasty! They were the first thing on the table to disappear! Lots of positive comments on how great they tasted! Staff at this location were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely get these again!! Thanks for making our get-together a success!!"
