"ok so i placed an online order and it said it was ready. havnt even been 10min. so i came up here and my order wasnt ready. the b** at the counter “claimed” its bc i placed it hours ago and i was like um i literally just placed it not even 5 minutes ago and she was like well im just letting u know add i proceded like i said i just placed the order and then she says “well do you want me to make it or not” and i said b*** fix your attitude cause who are u talking too.. whether i placed it hours ago(which i didnt) or 5 minutes ago yall didnt have my order ready either way. and this is not the first time this restaurant was rude. i order from this place all the time. will not be returning. need new staff anyway bc they be in there playing around dont be having the food ready when its suppose to be. or its cold. (it was the girl with the glasses she had dark hair and a bun) she needs to fix her attitude."

"I get food for my family and we open up the gordita crunch and find a ball of hair and stuff like they mopped the floor with it. I take it back and the manager lady said it’s never happened before and looks me in the eye and says “well what do you want me to do about it” I mentioned we aren’t going to eat it and would like a refund and she rolls her eyes and said hold on goes to the back walks back up front and just starts taking orders again and completely ignoring me. I stood there for 10 minutes and just left but so disappointed after spending 40+ dollars today I’ll just go somewhere else next time!"

"This use to be a decent Taco Bell and I was so happy when it was built as it’s so much closer to my house. But as of late non stop issues between the incompetent employees unable to read my order off the screen and get it right. As well as when I ordered online just today app said order was ready and yet I waited around for another 10 minutes just for them to finally realize my order was sitting off to the side… even though I came in and immediately stated my name and asked for my order… the management needs to address these issues at this point it’s worth to drive the extra 10 minutes into town to get good service."

"Pretty decent Taco Bell. We got the crispy chicken cravings box and some extra crispy chicken tacos with fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were about to be a bit stale. It’s fine, I’m sure it’s not easy to determine when to cook more, but they weren’t exactly fresh. The chicken was a little over cooked and hard to bite into, but still delicious. I’d prefer over cooked than undercooked. Service was quick and simple. The cashier was patient with us. It’s fine for a quick and simple lunch, but it’s a pretty standard experience."
