"This was my first time shopping here in years. Shoutout to the manager (forgot to ask her name) she has reddish hair - she helped me style a green cargo skirt that I really liked, but it was completely different from what I usually buy. She not only brought me what I asked but brought several other options that I loved! I ended up buying all of them as I can use them for other combinations. These are the kinds of employees that keep customers coming back :) thanks again and I can’t wait to go shop some more lol!"

"F21 employees were great. The reason for the 1 star is because F21 allows men and women into the same dressing room. There was this creepy old guy walking in and out of the dressing room pretending to try on clothes but he was just gawking at all the young ladies. My 16 year old daughter was so nervous and afraid about this whole situation. I believe this policy should be changed to keep our chichildren safe while shopping in your store."

"The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, the prices go according to the brand, they do have offers, I would suggest to take your time and check the size."

"Super rude manager and associate, I saw the sign of no mask no entry and was about to turn around but the lady at the door told me it was okay to come in. So i thought okay great it must be empty, but after 40 minutes of picking out clothes, I get told by the same girl to leave the store that she thought I had a mask on when I entered. I said okay can i at least check out? She said sure, but then the Cashier told me that I couldn't and was again misdirected. No apologies. Awful people and service."
