Wingstop

"On two separate occasions I ordered online, I waited the estimated wait time and then I headed over there. When I arrived I give the cashier my name, she said they were working on it. 30 minutes passed and I go up to the front again. She asks my name again, then said they didn't have the order ticket. I waited over an hour for a 3 piece tender."

"Slooooooow! App says order will be ready 30 min, be ready to wait an hour after arriving to the location. Edit: dear Wingstop, thank you for your lip service. I hope you put forth the same effort to actual service at this location. This wasn’t the first time, but it was the last time"

"We placed on online order at 9:15 for pickup. We arrive after I receive a notification that it was ready. They can’t find it. I show them my receipt in my phone and they were eventually able to find it sitting on the shelf. We drive the 20 minutes home to see that it’s the wrong order. I call them on the drive back so they can be prepared when we arrive and have our order ready. I was instead on hold for the entire 20 minute drive. We arrive back and inform them of the mix up. They said they’d remake our order for us. The woman at the counter asked us a few times what we ordered before she eventually took a picture of my online detailed receipt that showed exactly what the original order was. After she took the picture she came back to where we were waiting 4 more times to verify what the order was. We waited about 25-30 minutes for the order to be remade. When we got it we looked through the bag before leaving this time and saw they still did not get our order correct. We were missing an order of wings, they said they would have them right out and apologized. We got them 10 minutes later and drove the 20 minutes back to our home. Finally at 11pm we sat down to eat to discover they still got our order wrong by giving us the wrong flavored wings. I really wish we would have gotten refunded or had something compensate for how much of a hassle this was. My boyfriend is on crutches following a motorcycle accident and it’s hard for us to get around, all that driving going back and forth was stressful and inconvenient for us. For them to get our order wrong 3 times even after asking us multiple times what we ordered AND having a picture of what we wanted is just ridiculous. If you choose to go to this location I strongly recommend checking your order thoroughly before you leave."

"I placed my order over the phone with an automated person named Becky! It was better than other automated services because I interrupted her as she was quoting a sauce that I didn't order and told her that I didn't want that sauce. She stopped talking and said that she removed the sauce from my order. I prefer my wing sauce on the side but when ordering over the phone it will charge you as if you're ordering an extra side of sauce. It said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. This was a Friday night so I wasn't expecting my order to be ready when I got there because Wingstop is usually super busy on Fridays. There were several customers inside waiting for their orders when I arrived. When I got to the counter I explained to the cashier that the automated phone service didn't give me the option and told her that I wanted mild sauce on the side. She than added a sauce to my order when ringing me up. So I explained to her that I ordered my wings plain and that I wanted the sauce on the side. So she took the sauce off of my bill. My order was ready when I got there, I just had to wait for her to get my sauce. I only ordered wings, all flats of course. I wasn't super hungry. Plus I stopped ordering fries because previously when I ordered them at this particular Wingstop they didn't make the fries fresh to order. They'd cooked up several orders of fries and had them sitting on top of a counter and were putting them with the wing orders as the chicken got done. Therefore the fries would not be hot and fresh. So on this visit I didn't order fries. My wings were good. They could have been cooked about a minute longer but they still taste great."
