"I have already shared this experience with their corporate office and I was promised a callback over a week ago but maybe a public review will encourage a response. After standing in line for over 10 minutes, them waiting another 10 minutes for my drinks, I was informed that they were out of chai (one of my drinks). When I asked for a refund instead of ordering something different, I was instructed to wait in line again. When I politely objected to going to the back of the line and waiting for them to correct their mistake, LESLIE rudely informed me, "that's not my problem." When I questioned why I would need to wait again, she went on to say, "that's your problem." (Yes, I'm quoting verbatim.) I had hoped that her behavior was an anomaly considering I go to Starbucks at least 8 times a month and had never experienced such horrific service (honestly, I'm not sure I've ever had this bad of service ANYWHERE, not just Starbucks). However, seeing how seriously their corporate office takes this treatment of their customers, I guess I'm left to assume this is acceptable so it's time to give my money to another company. If you are in IAH, get your coffee fix somewhere else and save yourself the headache!"

"Worst service that I have ever received at Starbucks. First lady asked me to scan my phone to pay through the app. I did not see the scanner because it was hidden behind a sign on the counter and she got impatient with me. Was not attentive when taking my order so did not get it right on the first try. No problem (everyone makes mistakes) but then the second lady got argumentative when I tried to get what I actually ordered and she let me know that she was not the one that took my order. Finally got what I ordered from the unapologetic staff and left feeling like I had been a huge inconvenience to them. Sad that this location is at the airport where visitors from all over the country and the world will get their first impression of Houston and Houstonians."
