Reviews
"The food and atmosphere are excellent. We were not disappointed. If I could offer any constructive criticism, it would be customer service. The host seemed very distracted. The waiter seemed a little annoyed, and the manager came to all the tables except for ours. We came for an early dinner without reservations. There were lots of tables open and only a few customers. So it wasn't like they were busy. With that said, we still would come back. It's not like they were rude, just not 100% friendly. Again, the food and atmosphere are excellent."
"I rarely give bad reviews because I’m a business owner and I know what a bad review can do to us and I know the world is now full of unreasonable people. But today I had it. Mind you this is not my first time there, food is okay, you’d not be able to tell the difference from them to Cheesecake Factory. They lack on customer service since most of them are arrogant but I usually go there for the atmosphere. Today I was having the most horrible migraine, had a doctors appointment and decided to order for pickup. When I got there the hostess directed me to designated pickup area. She followed me and asked if I was a delivery person and I said, no the food was for me. Then she proceed to look at me up and down and asked for my ID even thought I told her my name 3 times. How was I dressed? Decent enough for a pickup but with a messy hair due to my migraine. She didn’t even bother to look on the bags and told me my order was not ready and walked away. I patiently waited until a guy with a beard and white apron came up and asked for my name, he grabbed my bag within seconds since it was sitting there the whole time. When I mentioned to him my order was there and she didn’t even bother to look his answer was “don’t give me that attitude, she is the hostess and work in the front” I was in shock for the whole situation and started walking away, he looked at me with disdain and kept saying things to me. I don’t need to be lectured nor to be judged. All I wanted was something for my family to eat. I left the place feeling sicker and was unable to eat the food. I felt disrespected and humiliated for no reason. I’m assuming business is doing so great for them to the point they feel entitled to be this arrogant and dismissive to customers. Please, be better. Don’t judge a book by its covers"
"They over booked on reservations, we were seated about 25 minutes past our reservation time but the manager was out on the floor and helping staff keep things running. The food was exceptional as always, the pasta Al la vodka is always my go to! The spinach and artichoke dip is one of the best I’ve ever had."
"truly one of the worst places I've eaten at in Southlake. service was amazingly slow, and the atmosphere so loud you could hardly hear the person across the table from you. All four of our party's food came out cool, likely due to the lack of service. Had to wait 20 minutes for our waiter to come back to get the bill so we could clear out. I'd not suggest this place to my worst enemy."
