"I arrived at 6:27pm it is now 6:55pm, had to push the order button 3 times and just now got a not so friendly male response in the speaker when I addressed I have been sitting here for almost a half hour. Is this normal, cause wow. 5 stars to Katelyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) who delivered Rockstar customer service when I let her know what was going on."

"I went to this Sonic one hour before closing time and ordered a few items. The staff was extremely rude. I ordered four different flavors of ice cream, and when they brought it to my car, I asked which flavor was which. The employee responded, "You can taste it yourself or look at it; I don't know." The way she behaved made it seem like they were giving it to me for free."

"An otherwise 5 star experience as we are passing through is reduced to 3. I utilized your restroom facilities and sat is sewage while I went to the bathroom. There was evidence on the floor tile that this was not a once off - so more long term issue.
