Corner Bakery 100 State Street, Southlake, TX 76092

"Cashier was friendly enough. Not so much from the rest of the staff. Had to ask for utensils. No napkins could be found. Had to go back again and ask for those, none were offered. Dessert was in a take out container instead of a plate. Why? The "hot" chocolate was room temperature. Had been a long time since visiting the Bakery. It'll be a long time before considering another visit."

"There is always something wrong with delivery food!!! Sometimes they send the order incomplete or the fruit rotten. Like this!!! Please if you don't have strawberries, replace them with apple or banana but let them know!"

"I stopped in for a bowl of tomato soup on this cold Tuesday. I don't know what has happened to this place but definitely not the staff or atmosphere it used to be. Due to time of day, no one else was ordering food. They were happy to take their sweet time coming to take my order. The machine asked for a tip immediately. Deciding where to sit, noticed all booths table tops were dirty, some with plates stacked. I opted to sit elsewhere - not overly clean but better than the window booths. The gal brings out my soup - I say Thank you - no response from her as her head was buried in her phone. On the clock. And yes, I did tip at the beginning of the order, for what I'm not sure."

"9.30am ordered Anaheim scrambler: scrambled egg was fresh. But check out the potatoes how hard it was. And it went trash directly. Giving 1 star for this food. We had better experience in few other corner bakery and other breakfast places around. Now when I spoke to the person in charge they acknowledged how bad the food was and offered me if I need another serving. But unfortunately we are not ready to get the same again. And offered the coffee on them. So bottom line it seems the food was old which was provided. Giving one more star for acknowledging the issue and trying to do some thing. With corner bakery’s standards this is not expected at all."

"I used to love this place, but the turnover in staff has made it really go down hill. Slow service. I told the staff that all 10 empty tables were dirty. The girl said nothing in response and just walked away. We had to clean a table to sit at. So sad."
