"If you’re looking to build your own burger, stop here at Chapps Burgers. They have the Nolan Ryan patties thats seasoned to perfection good. Also, try the fries with the works. It’s really good too."
"The burgers are good but not great. They use Nolan Ryan beef, which is high quality, but is too lean to give you a full flavor burger. Adding bacon helps but the meat needs more fat for moistness and flavor."

I think they flour their fries before frying to give them a nice crunchy coat. Service was great, staff friendly.
