"Very disappointed with the operation for the past few years. Have been a regular since 2011. Food and service has gone downhill lately while prices have steadily increased; now over $20 per person for takeout. Helped support them during epidemic. Today was the last straw. Charged extra for salads and use of credit card. Very friendly service is a thing of the past now. I guess customers are no longer important to this firm. Friendly service with good food without hidden charges are important to me."

"They treat the delivery driver's like trash.. total Karen's! Very nasty attitude from the older lady.. over a BAG! A driver requested a bag and the lady said it wouldn't matter? She still has to carry the food out.. and another driver had brought in their own delivery bag to keep food hot and the lady looked at the bag with disgust, like how dare you bring your own bag? Just really weird. Reading the reviews here gives me the impression they don't treat food deliveries well at all. Customers get cold or expired food or smaller portions sizes if they don't eat in the restaurant.. and that's just crazy to me. I would rather eat at a different location than to give this one my business, just shameful."

"Nikki’s, please get your life together for food deliveries!!! These chicken wings look more like a science experiment. Gross. Who would even pack and send these burnt like this?? Disgusting business practice."

"Could not be more disappointed in the food I received. I ordered from Uber eats and the food did arrive hot but leaking everywhere. This was to be expected but I had hoped it would be good at least but was far from it. I ordered stuffed mushrooms at $14.95, the pick says it all, only 4 mushrooms in the container. The largest one being the size of a 50 cent piece. The other three barely as big as a quarter. They were swimming in more then enough sauce which once I bit into the first one I learned this was why they seemed hot. The very center so cold it was almost frozen. I ordered lasagna as my entree it too was swimming in sauce. The noodles were so overcooked they were mushy. The sauce also left something to be desired. It started off sweet but ended with a sour taste. This was certainly an overpriced disappointment."

"I went to Niki's for my lunch break today. I had been in once before a few years back but now live on the other side of town. It was delicious then and it was delicious today! I ordered the lunch lasagna. It was hot, fresh, flavorful, and cheesy. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The salad was lite and fresh. It wasn't busy at all when I went today but I remember it being packed when I went to dinner the last time I went! The waitress chatted with me and was super attentive. I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and I can't wait to bring my fiancé to try this place soon!"
