Papa Johns Pizza

"Papa John's has never really been the most consistent, but this location is glimmering example of the worst the chain has to offer. On the second try on our order, this is what I got. After they mistakenly delivered to a neighbor on the first attempt. Large pizza, extra pepperoni, extra cheese, extra sauce. This is what they delivered. I called and the lady had the nerve to be like "it's extra cheese so the pepperoni is under everything"... My response oh really I'm ripping the toppings off as we speak and there is no pepperoni. It really isn't hard. I'm sure there is pictures for instructions in a place like this, that way you don't even have to know how to read to make it right. Good times, going out in the 16° weather to get the third attempt. Back again. Third time's a charm. After trying to keep my kids preoccupied during this 3 hour ordeal. We finally got a pizza that is edible! If you have a few hours to spare, want to get your heart rate up, leave your house in below freezing weather, and feed a random neighbor for free because the delivery driver can't read numbers, then this is the place for you!"

"Ordered pizza yesterday at 2pm. Received it at 3:20p cold. I called the store at 3pm. They told me that my pizza left the store earlier.. then I received a call from the driver that they were on the way with my pizza. She showed up 20 minutes later. And guess what? Cold pizza. This store is the worst in the area. The one by 35 is a better store. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t order from this location."

"My mom went down there Dec 24th 2023 to order pizza for us, and the manager Keria Downs was very rude to my mother make her cry. Telling her she has to order online for the pizza. My mom told her, she always order in here. Then Keria Downs told her she can’t order in here the register is down. So the manager walked away without helping my mom and she was stand there for 20 mins trying to figure it out how to order. My mom ask nicely for someone to help her. Finally a woman came up and took her order, and I thought the register is down she answered back no it works. I’m so disappointed in the service and the bad management. How can I get the corporate office number? I will never go back to here if she is there!!"

"The stuffed pizza is good, but the service is horrific. When you order from them expect your delivery late, even if you order ahead. It is highly recommended that you turn on your oven before it arrives. That is because it is guaranteed to arrive cold and soggy. Pop it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes and it is pretty good."

"Ordered a bbq chicken pizza. It's flooded with Bbq sauce. I can't even eat this. Did this location run out of cheese or something!? This is crazy! MAKE FOOD THE WAY YOU WOULD EAT IT OR THE WAY YOU WERE TRAINED! It's not hard! I won't ever eat here again and as I work at a retirement community nearby I will suggest to all staff and residents not to eat there as well. And I will not be sending it back so that it has the opportunity to be 'dressed up' by anyone upset at this review. Lesson learned! Never again!"
