"No napkins or lids available for clients. Worker started things to the sandwich instead of asking me how I wanted it. I prefer the mayo/mustard on the bread so the sandwich is not messy. These ended up on the vegetables and oozing off the top in a mess. Worker played with her phone between orders and almost forgot to change her gloves. Benches dirty from previous guests."

"Rude lady needs to be fired I wasn't going for a sub I was standing at register right after she check out person and completely ignored me"

"1/1/2024 @2pm I asked the employee for a spoon and she replied I have to dine in. I then said oh I'm ordering three sandwiches. She then told me not to yell at her (which I never did) and then refused to make my family our order. Said she "wasn't going to do it." Then ignored us and refused to give her name. Her name tag had no name on it. Therefore, we left with nothing. This is our second bad experience with her. The last time we came she completely skipped us and got the person behind us. Ignoring that we were next in line. Very poor attitude and service! Not the best way to start off the new year!"

"Ordered a drink with my order and never received it when it was delivered, I ordered through the subway app. I have tried to contact both doordash and subway to no avail. I called the phone number listed on Google and nobody answers. I was charged for an item I never received."
