"This Arby's is really starting to make a good turn around used to be very mediocre though has made strides in customer service, speed and overall quality!"

"I actually get paid to go around the city and try different drive-thrus to see how customer service and temperature of food and everything. I usually have no problem with the Arby's in Lake worth. But today I was trying to ask the lady a question about the sauce and she cut me off and close the window. But overall the food was pretty good, but if you're in a bad mood do not come to this location because it will make you even more mad by the rudeness of the customer service you have."

"I don't eat Arby's very often and never been to this location before. I was expecting bad and was extremely surprised. The resturant was really clean, the manager ( I think she was the shift manager) and the rest of the employees was really nice and the food was on point good and the best most important thing of all was they have the pump your own sauce selections bar that so many other Arby's are missing!"
