Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This place is a joke. They never have chicken made so you have to pay much more for a meat item. This has happened more than once.So unfriendly to the point of being rude. They do not know how to say thank you. If I want chicken and you're out it's not my fault and any other item I choose should cost the same as the chicken. Will never go there again. Lots of places to eat coming down the block and in the area. Ohh and wear a jacket because the place feels like a freezer inside every time."

"Chipotle is off my menu. I've seen a lot about people boycotting Chipotle and i understand why. With prices going up and online orders falling short in portion size of what you get indoors despite paying more. Hopefully chipotle will be changing or going out of business in the near future."

"Overall disaster of a place, workers don't care about the orders, twice they didn't serve my online order correct and when I came on to get it fixed they said I would have to pay extra for the stuff they didn't put in the first place. And when they do get it, they serve you tiny portions of food, burritos half full and bowls served with a teaspoon. Don't order here unless you're ready to have a bad time."

"One of the worst Chipotle locations. To go orders are never correct. Food is just slapped together - no care taken at all. Flashing apart sloppy mess. If they scooped it into a cup it'd be more appetizing. FWIW - the food is prepared well, it's the awful service staff. Booths and tables are never clean. Get there about an hour before close and they are already closing... Cleaning supplies on the make table, mop and bucket out in the way. Employees don't wash hands before gloving - get they are just rushing to leave. Employees are visibly upset they have to make an order during their "cleaning time" while the restaurant is still open. All they want to do is leave. Just close the place early, and clean after closing."

"I placed a drive thru pick up order on 3-14 . The pick up was late and rather close to closing (9:20pm) my husband had to make a stop before he got the food so he arrived at 950pm. Well he gets the food home and I pull out our meals. My burrito was half ate and half wrapped. I was furious and disgusted, I jumped in the car and drove back .I arrived at 10pm and went inside. All of the workers just stared at me and then the manager came out. He sacred shocked that I would even bring it to them and basically insinuated that I probably ate it .why I would decide half way through my meal to run back to chipotle and accuse someone of eating my food , idk. The accusation was insane , he didn’t offer a refund or to make it again (I realize they were closing down ,so I didn’t expect that) after saying “we don’t take bites of food” he told me I could come back tomorrow for a remake. It was such a dry and unprofessional encounter for something so insane! What type of people are working here that they would eat a customers food and still send it to them? I’m So disgusted and upset . Avoid this location!"
