"Music was obnoxious. We couldn’t have a conversation or think straight. We stopped in to do some research but couldn’t engage with each other at all. My ears as still ringing, no sarcasm, it was that loud. Also, line was long and not moving so we left. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to."

"I ordered a caramel frap and it was bitter and had no flavor. They made another one and it was just as bad, I had to dump it! They took so long to get the order made for the car in front of me. The barista needs to go back to barista school. Plus they needs to learn the recipes for the drinks. COVID made people move at a snails pace. Dutch Bros is right there waiting for dissatisfied Starbucks customer."

It was pure heaven - smooth, subtly sweet, and the perfect pick-me-up. She even helped me navigate the dizzying array of travel mugs and beans, recommending options that fit my taste and lifestyle, I purchased four travel mugs and two bags of coffee beans. Roxy's passion for coffee and customer service is infectious. She should be a beacon for anyone aspiring to Starbucks stardom! I left feeling not just caffeinated, but uplifted by Roxy's contagious enthusiasm. Thank you, Starbucks, for having such talented employees like Roxy!"

"Hands down one of THE WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. This drink actually tastes so bad I threw it out. The guy and girl working the register during 1:00 on November 19th were incredibly rude and should spend less time making puppy dog eyes at each other. Incredibly uncomfortable, terrible staff, never coming back. Go somewhere else"
