"Recently, I discovered when you visit a drive through , they do not bring out the tip option. Perhaps they were being told not to bring out the tip options any longer. However, this has led to an increase in selling food items to customers that are labeled “not for resale”. Yet again, another Starbucks location at Spring Texas and at this location sold to me a food item that should not be sold. My fault , I barely check my order via the drive-through. The sales rep and person who represents Starbucks that attended to me February 27th, 2024, between 7:23pm - 7:33pm decided it was best sell this food item tagged “not for resale” to me, and perhaps take the money for herself. Please do check your Starbucks orders before leaving the drive through. Find the evidence attached."

"I've never had an issue here before (been going to the same location for over 10yrs). It looks like there's some new people working shifts without people who've been there longer to guide them. I've had my drink messed up 3 times total (all different transactions some with unpleasant interactions). I work in a similar industry so I understand it's not the workers fault if they're not being trained correctly or being short staffed."

"Typical Starbucks experience except this place... at least on the day I visited was super slow. Drive through is priority over walk ins. I was the only one imside with an order and waited for about 15 minutes while car after car drove through. I guess I'll stay in the vehicle next time. Coffee was good."
