"You don’t bake enough muffins. When I get there at 1 PM, either there is nothing available at all, or only one or two muffins left. Then I have to choose from the select few items that nobody wanted to purchase. Also, you have to find a way to get your customers in and out of the store faster. Every time I’m there, the customer in front of me goes through the entire menu and wants details about ingredients etc. We can’t wait that long in line."
"We love to visit for breakfast and order the Spinach and bacon souffle. It is so delicious and filling. Recently, I ordered the creamy chicken and rice soup for my husband when he was sick. He loved it! The next day he wanted more. That's how I know it was good! He also enjoyed the French baguette that accompanied it."
"They have the worst customer service. Whenever I was doing the order I couldn’t hear anything. I got to the window I couldn’t tell the lady had a long day and it’s not even 11am. I said thank you twice and she just looked at me. When I got to work I saw that they gave me a wrong item. Food was ok that is why I gave it 3 stars."
"I normally don’t have a bad experience at this location, so I’m super sad to post this. Husband and I each ordered the you-pick-two and had diff soups but the same sandwich. We just got home and it’s clear they just ripped this sandwich in half by hand. Honestly if my husband hadn’t gotten the other half of the sandwich I would’ve thought someone took a bite out of it! The filling was falling out everywhere and with the first bite it was obvious something in the sandwich was expired. I tried calling the store twice to talk to a manager so they could have a chance to fix it but the phone just rang and rand until it went busy. Not great."
"This place is a dump! Don't waste your time. Nobody was in the place because it's so bad. All the fancy teas where bad and the fountain drink dispensary was overflowing on the floor! The people making the food were sooo dirty! How is this place even in business. Panera used to be good. This place is embarrassing."
