"SLOW SLOW SLOW Avoid this Starbucks if you are on a schedule or in a rush. Just drive a mile down to the next one. They’re slow to greet you in the drive thru They’re slow to type in your order I got up to the window and 3 baristas were chatting and it was slow to obtain my order."

"Since they have moved locations I have enjoyed the convenience of the drive thru and have gone a few times and have never had an issue with the drive thru. However, today was my first and last visit inside. The gentleman who took our to go order was so rude and brief and unapologetic about it. After our drinks were finally ready, he pushed them up on the counter and walked off. I wanted to ask for sleeves but he didn't even give me a chance. I stood and waited and finally politely asked for sleeves for my two beverages, one hot coffee and a frap. He rolled his eyes, walked over, rolled those eyes again, and literally threw one sleeve on the counter then abruptly walked off. When I have to pay $16 for two small drinks, even if I didn't have to overpay, I'd appreciate and expect some better customer service than this. He was so terribly rude. This new Starbucks isn't so great and the customer service sucks."

"I order this drink very often when I visit Starbucks - Shaken oatmilk espresso with light ice. The young lady asked me did I want extra oat milk to fill the space due to less ice, I said no. They gave me a half empty cup."

"This afternoon, while waiting on my order I went out for a quick smoke standing at the corner of the walkway (not seating at or close to any tables) and suddenly this strange looking Starbucks employee who seemed to be a young girl rushes out and shouts at me with an angry face saying “the whole area is no smoking zone, can’t you see the little signs on the tables, put off your cigarette now”. I told her calmly I am not going to put off my cigarette but then I moved away from that area only because I realized that I was perhaps unintentionally too close. After finishing my smoke I went in, grabbed my order and complained about her inhumane and nasty behavior. The cashier lady was very kind and decent and apologized to me on her behalf and told me that this behavior will not be tolerated and won’t happen again. The I’ll mannered girl ran into the back room when she saw me going in and realized that I was a customer. Starbucks management need to train their employees on PR and manners and pay more attention to their behavior."
