"Just ordered 10 tacos at drive up, paid, pulled around to wait. Got home and they were short 2 tacos. Can they not even count. They owe me what I paid for, but I'm not driving 6 miles back for two tacos. Just crossed them off my list of places to purchase from."

"Every time that I go, I tell them to put hot sauce on my tacos, and they never do. Makes me aggravated that they don't listen. 2 weeks later I go again and got tacos and the tacos were so cold. 4 weeks later I go and get me more tacos and asked them to freshly make it. Well my tacos are not warm at all. I'm so frustrated with this branch. I'd give zero stars if it would let me."

"I only put 1 star because I wanted to leave a rating. EVERY SINGLE time I co.e here they never have what I ask for. the lady that's there in the drive thru over night into the morning always tells me that they are out of something and I honestly think its because they dont want to do anything. I just left and asked to order a burger at 7:00 am. They serve 24 hour breakfast and dinner.. how are you only doing breakfast. Every time I try to order a shake they literally never NEVER have them. I would love to get the number to corporate because the service here is terrible and someone should be informed. If you don't want to do your job or don't have time to prepare food or food "customer service" stay home and spare the people who would appreciate it after working 12 hours and are hungry"

"I am extremely disappointed in the food that I received last night. I ordered two tacos. I understand that they were only $1.94, but come on… how are you going to give me only lettuce in both tacos?!?"

"I am so disappointed right now because our food was not to our other expectations like past visits with other Jack in the boxes in other areas. Our 3 burgers were barely warm, our hashbrowns and French fries were soggy and cold like they have been sitting there for hours; fries all matted squished together, hashbrowns were nit at all fresh. We have received better food quality at other locations where we receive hot crisp hashbrowns and French fries and freshly made sandwiches; I feel the employees don't care to do their job correctly there and they need to pick up their A game."
