"Food was great, but they are severely understaffed. I received an email alert stating my pizza was ready. Once I arrived I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to even come to the front counter (because he was hustling in the back slinging pizzas into and out of the ovens non-stop). They did offer to remake my pizza for me at no charge but 40 minutes (plus original lead time) was just too much."

"Will not buy from this location again. I bought two pizzas from them. They were burnt and the pretzel crust tasted like chemicals at the bottom. The phone number was not on the receipt and the area I live in has had phone service so I was unable to look it up online. Went to them the next day where the manager told us they will not replace pizza if I did not have the old pizza. Then told us she did not carry pretzel crust anymore when though the signs are still up. Bad customer service."
