"Made an appointment online, they called 5 mins later to make sure they had the right screen to replace on my phone, they did. Dropped it off and they told me it would take an hour and a half. We left they called 30 mins later it was done. Phone looks brand new and all features work! They were quick , respectful, informational and got what I needed done same day for a lower price than competitors."
"If you are considering this location for the purchase of your next car or truck battery you might just as well take a baseball bat to head as you will soon discover that is the treatment soon to be realized from this location and its employees when dealing with any warranty claims. Me and my wife had one of the WORST experiences today when dealing with what we now believe is a faulty battery. The back story is a month prior we stopped at Batteries Plus with a concern that when starting the truck 1st thing in the morning there seemed to be a pretty strong draw down when starting the truck, so much the concern that we live about an hour from that location. The person (we believe to be the manager of the store) tested the battery. When testing the battery, he did notice that it appeared to have about 70% life left but in his opinion not enough to take any further action but for us to keep an eye on it. He did further elaborate that if the problem continued to come back, he would make it right and replace the battery. Yesterday the truck nearly failed to start and remember what the guy from Batteries Plus said last month, we felt today was a good day to finally resolve the issue with the battery after all the battery has a 4 year warranty that we were 18 months in on. Today when we stopped in it was like a scene out of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Obviously, the person who we spoke with last month wasn’t there but what was in place was two of the MOST unprofessional absolutely worst employees to encounter. At one point both me and my wife began filming the encounter with the intent to protect ourselves and to hold as evidence to in the matter of how poorly Batteries Plus of Weatherford performed. We have now decided not to hassle with this 3rd rate company anymore and buy a new battery from a company that knows how to take care of their customers. It is pretty clear Batteries Plus does not honor their warranty and you're only wasting your time if you deal with this location."

"Had a great experience buying two deep cycle batteries. Exactly one week later, I called to return the cores and was told I wouldn't be able to. Turned out the same gentleman who was super nice the day I bought the batteries, was the same man on the phone with me. He was very rude, contradictory, and wrong about the store policy. Anyways we finally figured out that he wasn't paying attention when I said at the very beginning that "I had already purchased batteries and wanted to bring old cores back that I didn't have the day I purchased the new ones"...he thought I was trying pawn off batteries without having bought any batteries. So I thought, well.. instead of bringing these cores in and getting the money for those. I might as well return the new batteries since I was still inside their (in my opinion) very short 12-day return policy. So that's what I did. If the older gentleman, whose name I won't mention, handled himself at least as professional as the day I purchased the two deep cycle batteries.. Well, let's just say I would've had potentially become a lifetime customer. I have a fleet of trucks and two boats. I was also ready to buy a marine grade 24v 200ah lifepo4, and another marine grade 24v 50ah lifepo4. If anyone reading this knows how expensive these types of batteries are, then you know, they lost a lot of business. At the end of the day. Integrity, self discipline, and positivity go a LONG way. Principle matters, and I'd rather spend my hard earned money where I want, and it's not their anymore."
