"First off, for a manager to be running around the store with their pants purposely hanging down below their a sss cheeks to see their black underwear is ridiculous. The attitude of not only manager who acted like she didn't want to be their is absurd. When I have to ask for a bag or in general having to do the speaking getting absolute silence is crazy. The other worker as well just stared at me with awful stare like I didn't belong there. Furthermore when leave pants dropped hoodlum stared at me as I got into my truck thinking my door was touching her car. Why not park in the back like 10ft away and let coming and going customers park. This location has always had problems and will continue to lose customers do to the Poor hiring process. I really wanted Wing Stop but forgot they was in my route."
"While I generally enjoy their pizzas, my recent experience at this particular store left much to be desired. I opted for a pickup order, only to find out through the app that my pizza had already been picked up. Upon arrival, the scene was chaotic—people waiting with no organized line, orders in disarray, and a few deliveries sent to the wrong destinations. Customers, like myself, struggled to locate their orders, and the lack of communication from the staff added to the frustration. No one informed me about the wait or offered an apology for the inconvenience. Standing there unsure of when someone would attend to me became increasingly frustrating, especially considering the app already indicated my order as picked up. When I inquired about my order, the person at the register responded with irritation and made me wait until the end, despite the pizza sitting there and growing colder. This experience has left me hesitant about ordering from this branch in the future, and I'm now exploring other options. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service and communication"
"Man, I made a delivery order for 7pm. I had guests over at 7pm. 7pm passed, 7:10pm passed, 7:30passed. No pizza. When I called the store they told me that my pizza would take another hour plus. If you’re going to delay the pizza, please let people know… that way we can figure something else out. We had guests with kids and everyone was hungry. We had to go get something else at the last minute. I’ll never order Papa John’s delivery from this place again. There’s no guarantee that they will ever even deliver your pizza."
"The six cheese pepperoni and sausage is phenomenal. This is the third Papa Johns I've ordered this, and every time it is loaded with cheese; the crust is perfectly done, and the flavor of the pepperoni and sausage goes great with these six cheeses. I picked up from the store, and they had it all ready for me when I got there. I highly recommend getting extra garlic butter. It does great with this pizza."
"Papa John’s pizza is overall great but this particular location is terrible when it comes to cook times and delays… the most annoying thing about this location is they never ever cut their pizza, I used to leave a tip all the time and then I stopped because I’d get the pizza and it would never be cut or cut all the way thru. When I ask can you please cut or recut it it always seem like a burden to them to have to cut it for me… but then when I go to pay I end up pressing the “no tip” button they want to sigh loudly as if I did them an injustice… look if I have to part of you job by cutting my own pizza when I pick it up or get it delivered don’t except a tip…."
