"Came here today ordered 2 iced drinks, got to the window she was about to hand me 2 hot drinks i said they were suppose to be iced very nicely and she said you said hot at the speaker. I never order hot drinks the lady then told her employees to make 2 iced ones and there was a lady standing behind her who made a face towards me, i never got an apology or anything and they still want tips? absolutely not!!! i come to this location almost everyday and spend my money here and that’s how im treated? i work for retail and i deal with customers also but if i make a mistake or something i apologize to my customers. Teach ur employees better!!"
"I always go and get the same drink. Almost every day at multiple starbucks from alvin to sugarland and I went to this location. And the manager said she wanted to charge me for a latte. Because I wanted it filled up to the top I have never in my life Have been charged Like that before. And when I went to give my order. She got the drink wrong. It was a manager named Genesis. I even told her to charge me extra for the oat milk. Because that's what most places do since i want extra oat milk. But she argued with me for about 3 minutes and told me. No, this is how it's done take it or leave it. And then when I got my drink. It's not even filled to the top. And that's why I paid extra for a (latte) to have it filled to the top. This was the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks and I am a loyal customer. This is my Google review. I'm reaching out to corporate as well because that is unacceptable how I was just treated!! no manager should ever do that!! Take it or leave it?I manage a staff of 40 myself that is unacceptable. How I was just treated. And the fact my drink wasn't even filled up after I paid extra!?"
"Not ALL Sbucks are created equal. Some employ genuinely nice people. Most are Gen Z brats with apathetic attitudes.——- The drive-thru gets priority, then the APP orders, and lastly humans standing in front of the counter. I could be the only person standing in line for several minutes at this location before anyone looks at me or acknowledges my presence. YET, they want a tip???? Seriously? NOTE to Gen Z managers: you guys are becoming as impersonal and entitled as McDonalds. ***** You might as well shut down the register and build a kiosk for walk-ins."
"First time visiting this Starbucks since we moved here. Wait was kinda long, but it was pretty busy so not too different than the other location I went to before. Drink was well made (got the apple crisp frap) more so compared to other locations, really appreciated that! Just was too light on the coffee part, otherwise kudos to the barista this morning for making it properly!"
"I’m over this Starbucks location and it’s only been open less than a year. I ordered 1 drink, white chocolate mocha, non fat NO foam, they made it twice and it was still wrong. They pour so much foam and leave a lot of coffee out of the cup. They asked if I wanted them to make it again for the 3rd time, I said no. I feel like if you couldn’t get it right the first time let alone the second time after being told what was wrong, why would the 3rd time be any different. I came to this place 6 months ago and had the same problem. Very frustrating to not get a full cup of coffee for the amount I paid. The pictures show how much coffee is in my cup after I took the foam off myself out side next to my car."
