"Managers here are rude and will rush you out of this location like you’re bothering them, one lady in particular was an African American lady that had a managers shirt on so assume she was one, did not greet me, just handed me my food out the window, I asked for creamer and jelly for my breakfast sandwich, she said to me as I asked “huh” like she couldn’t hear me so I repeated what I requested. She handed me the creamer and jelly in a plastic bag and I said “thank you ma’am” she responds and said “yup” no you’re welcome or have a nice day or anything, just unprofessional and rude. I was immediately disgusted by her, I would except more from manager that was obviously older in age as well."

"It’s cool it’s 24hrs. Sucks I waited 20 min for my order to be wrong. Waited another 15 min for my new food to be stale and cold. Then a minute arguing with a women about what they are going to do about it. As a manager myself I understand things happen but if you as a business create an inconvenience for your customer it is your responsibility to find a solution or to provide compensation to the customer. I’d have taken a an extra fry or you could have refunded the burger. I would have even taken an honest apology but nothing was given."

"What can I say about McDonald's... This is one of probably 100,000 locations. One thing the chain does well is maintain consistency across its restaurants. This one is par for the course. Although fairly busy on a recent visit, the lines moved relatively quickly. The food was fresh, which is often a byproduct of a restaurant with high turnover. The food has to be fresh because it's being made at a rate to keep up with sales. I had a 4x4, which is a term I borrowed from In N Out. I order two double cheeseburgers, remove both bottom buns, and combine the rest together. This makes for a great beef to cheese ratio. Basket of fries - McD's still makes the best fries. They sell Coke Zero Sugar which is great. All in all a good experience, albeit fairly typical for the chain."

"I went here and ordered my husband and I food. I asked for my fries to be well done with extra salt. I get to the window to get my food and saw my fries were not well done and no extra salt so I asked if I could have what I asked for. The boy disappeared from the window came back with fresh fries . I get home and try some and they over salted the fries like to the point I could not even eat them . So I know it was done on purpose cause they had to remake my fries. I reached out to the manager and never got a response. This location needs to do better !"

"After having a small issue with this location I was promptly contacted by area manager who explained a delivery issue and made things right. This alone makes me 5 star the store as a while because customer service is always most important in my book. Haven’t seen this quality of response from a restaurant in quite some time and am glad this new location is here."
