"My daughter, grandson, and I were visiting Austin for a few nights and we ordered i Fratelli, based on recommendations from a few of the staff at our hotel. I was impressed when I ordered and was told they would bring the order straight to our room. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesecake and a few sodas. We weren't given the breadsticks, nor were we given any spoons, forks or any other type of utensil for the cheesecake. Thankfully the front desk of the hotel was able to supply us with silverware. I tried numerous times to call and ask for a refund, but was put on hold for a long time. I hung up a few times and called back with the same results. So I never did get ahold of anyone. The pizza was edible, but I wonder if they're frozen and then reheated when ordered? The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Next time we visit Austin, we will definitely order pizza from another pizza place."

"Just passing by, I choose the slice, and it's exactly the size I needed just for me. Crusty crust and cheesy cheese, very good and served fast in a quiet and clean space. Accessible and spacious enough for a weelchair."

"Excellent service and friendly staff! Have visited this place over the past five or so years since coming across it. Actually reviewed this place back then, but Google appears to have lost my review for some reason. AnyWho, easily seen from the nearby street, as well as being next to a Starbucks at the corner in this shopping village. Parking is out front and have never had an issue with not enough to park."

"So great! We walked here after taking our daughter to the capitol for her first time. Was about a half mile walk. We got a large pepperoni and all three impressed! Crispy but not hard a great balance of cheese and sauce. We also got an order of bread sticks that were a delicious fluff with a very soft crust. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and patient with our first time ordering."

"On the route surprise stop. Clean place with delicious fresh food. Pizza was amazing with thin crispy crust, well seasoned pizza sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese to pepperoni ratio. Customer service was beyond expectations as the owner checked on us and chatted with us about the area and different locations closer to home. Definitely recommend this pizzeria and will be frequenting the location near us!"
