"I came here late one evening. The menu board was broken, and I thought they were closed, but I was greeted by an extra friendly voice. She was very kind and had a bubbly personality. When I met her at the window, she had great energy and made me feel welcomed. I believe her name was Laura, or it started with an L. She said she had worked for the company for some years and transferred to the night shift. Service was super fast and the experience was excellent. I would definitely come back to this location."

"Order peppermint mocha. When got the drink there was nothing on the whip cream. She said they were out of chocolate swirl, was going to ask for some chocolate syrup but didn’t want to give her a time. Took my drink and moved on. When I tasted it nothing like the usual peppermint mocha. Tasted like a regular coffee frappe with a hint of mint. Something I could make at home. Seems like these recent reviews are true, they need more training in making drinks."

"They always forget my caramel drizzle on top every single time if I’m paying for it, I want it. I have never had any issues at any other Starbucks. But this location has done it to me every single time as well as just throwing the caramel on top when i remind them they forgot it. Now I’m drinking chunks of caramel."

"Usually no problem and very quick service. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable as well. This morning, though, I ordered a bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich but it had no bacon on it. It would've been nice if they double check orders."

"Look I usually go to this place. Like a lot. And I usually never have issues. But this morning my everything came out wrong. My food was just thrown around and my coffee is bitter. No syrup added nothing. They were no busier than usual on a Sunday morning. Not sure if it’s the new staff or what, but you’re going to lose customers if you continue to serve people like this."
