Papa Johns Pizza

"Horrible wings. Garbage and acidic. Completely forgot our pizza with the order and didn't seem to care. Never again bud."

"This location has had multiple flaws and this will be the last time I order from them. They charge full price for dipping sauces and don’t give you full servings. They underbake their pizza multiple times. They are always late on delivery times. This time they forgot a drink and when I called to have them bring me one they stated they can refund or get someone to bring it. I requested they send it since the soda I ordered was intended to be paired with my meal. Over 2 hours later nothing. I call back and the (manager) Jessica stated she was “sorry” and can refund my soda. At this point after multiple issues with this location I requested to refund my entire order since this isn’t their first occurrence and another terrible customer experience. Jessica proceeded to hang up on me 4-5 times every time after I ask for the owner contact info. I will not be ordering from them again. Terrible service and quality control."

"This location is great! My pizza is always ready fast! The workers here are very nice. And the food preparation area always seems clean. This is a far better option than Dominos that’s in the area. The location is very easy to get in and out of. And they usually have great pizza specials to choose from."

"Ok listen don't bother putting a topping on after the pizza is cooked, these jalapenos aren't even toasted... You spend like close to $60 on a order and it comes with jalapenos just thrown on top...I've eaten enough pizza in my life to know what's been done and what wasn't done. I'd rather have had a basic pepperoni pizza at that point I'd be even more understanding if y'all forgot an ingredient and instead you try and cover it up like they went through the oven"

"I don't know what happened but we ordered one pizza, as well as two papa bowls. Take a look at the picture, they both had the same amount of toppings and both had extra cheese. At first I thought it just all slid over in the delivery, then I saw the other, nope. I don't know what is going on with it. I sure miss the QC that went with the old Papa John's, but we keep ordering hoping it will get better. Maybe lessened learned this time."
