"Left at the counter for 13 mins a the counter, I asked the manager if there is only one person working counter he said yes and refused to check us out while we waited an extra 5 mins. They had enough people to serve to help and the manager could have helped but didn’t. The lobby floor only has 2 customers. Not okay."
