Pizza Hut

"Worst pizza hut ever. Pizza is too doughy, topping not even cooked. Not sure why they use door dash to deliver. They ran out of the pizza crust we wanted and breadsticks. Guess they don't know how to order properly. Won't go back. Will stay with dominoes instead or drive further for little Ceasars"

"We went there for pizza and salad.. we got there and were told they had no salads and no medium pizza.... They did allow us to pay medium price for a large to offset the problem. We so much appreciated that effort!! But the 3 star rating is for corporate to know how important it is to be sure the food shipments are on time!"

"Went yesterday because I was in the area. Last few times I've been, it's been decent, but this time I started experiencing severe nausea and vomiting within 4 hours, with this being all I'd eaten. Shame, because dine-in Pizza Huts are increasingly rare, but I seriously thought I'd gotten the flu somehow for a while. Wildly unpleasant overall."

"I would give half a star if I could or negative. ( lived here for 5 years and they always seem to mess something up ) I think it all comes down to customer service, the Manager is rude and entitled. John right off the bat was defensive as soon as I said that the food was incorrect, he stated that he made it all and that it was right! I proceeded to open up one of the boxes and show him and ask him if he really did think that was the right way. He just continued to be defensive and I told him that I would go ahead and call corporate if I needed to. I just wanted my refund I didn’t want any issues and brought all of the food back. But let’s go back a little bit I ordered delivery and they brought it to the house and it was incorrect so I called for them to fix it they tried a second time. Second time it was also incorrect so I called the kid that was there, and told him there was only a little bit of cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks and that there was no seasoning on the breadsticks he then proceeded to ask me “ohh you want cinnamon on all of the breadsticks”. No I just ordered cinnamon sticks because I thought the name was cool?! Dear lordy. You’d be better off going to H-E-B and getting yourself a frozen pizza or going into Domino’s. Just a whole entire experience was unprofessional and a waste of everybody’s time and money. The only good thing I had to say it was the delivery girl was great and I’m sorry that she has to deal with stuff like this on the daily. John as a manager I hope that you’ll learn to be more professional and courteous to your customers, especially considering it’s such a small town and word travels fast."
